The quarantine guidelines given by God some 3000 years ago have been proven by modern science to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, including the coronavirus.
God insisted on His people being proactive in preventing these infectious diseases because it was crucial for survival.
The ones with contagious diseases were isolated and ordered to stay away from all the others, and they were to warn the healthy to keep away.
The following scripture is about Leprosy, an extremely contagious disease:
God's Word, and modern medicine, tell us that if we can isolate ourselves from the coronavirus, the chances of catching it are very slim.
Virtually all of the medical field insists that obeying the quarantine guidelines and social distancing are the best ways to remain free of the coronavirus.
As Christians, we have an advocate who promises to answer our prayers and to protect and guide us through the storms of life; this virus is a storm in life that will surely pass.
God will lead us through these uncertain and stressful times, and keep us safe during the coronavirus crisis.
We can be like a tree Planted by the Waters because He has promised never to leave or forsake us.
And one of my favorite scriptures:
"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you" (Psa 56:3).
Never underestimate the power of faith, and never forget even for a second that God can heal anything. If you or someone you know happens to become infected with the virus, faith can be instrumental in your recovery.
Scripture gives numerous examples of how to receive guidance, protection, and healing, and it requires faith:
"Then Jesus said to the centurion, "Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you." And his servant was healed that same hour (Matt 8:13).
From the Beautiful 91st Psalm:
"He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us," (2 Cor 1:10).
And one day, when you step outside, you will notice that the birds are singing, the sun shining, the flowers blooming, the virus is gone, and you will say: "Thank you, Lord, it's a pretty good world after all."
Prayer:
"Therefore, Father, we give You praise as we approach Your Throne of Grace in boldness, adoration, and love, and confidently ask that You stop the spread of the coronavirus quickly and put an end to the sickness and death in its path."

Wonderful message. There is hope in trusting in the Lord Jesus because He is the solid rock we Christians can stand on
Why is it so difficult for our educators and society, in general, to understand that love and respect for one another taught from a young age can solve much of the world's hostility and social problems!
"Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it" (Prov 22:6).
Love is the answer!
True loyalty springs from the heart and is wrapped in love. It is often in our most private moments that true loyalty, or the lack of it, is made known.
