Finding Forgiveness"

We are to go to Jesus in prayer, confess our sins, and ask for forgiveness. We then accept His forgiveness by faith based upon His promises.

Jesus knows all about you, every sin, and every good deed. He is your Friend and loves you more than you can imagine; He will forgive and then walk the Path to Eternal Life with you.

Promises About Finding Forgiveness

Psa 51:7: Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean;
Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow Psalm 51:7.

John 3:16-17: For God so loved the world, that He gave His [a]only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.


1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Acts 2:38: Peter said to them, "Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

Acts 10:43: Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins.

Acts 13:38: Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through [a]Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,

Rom 8:1: Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Eph 4:32: Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven [a]you.

Mat 9:5-6: Which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven,' or to say, 'Get up, and walk'? 6 But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins"—then He *said to the paralytic, "Get up, pick up your bed and go home.

Mark 11:25: Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions.

2 Pet 3:9: The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

Col 3:13: bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.

Eph 1:7: In [a]Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace

Heb 10:17: And their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.

Isa 1:18: "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the Lord,
"Though your sins are as scarlet,
They will be as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They will be like wool."

Luke 23:34: But Jesus was saying, "Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing." And they cast lots, dividing up His garments among themselves.

Mat 26:28: or this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins.

Mat 6:14: For if you forgive [a]others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

Psa 103:12: As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.

"Lets Teach Our Children to Love"

Why is it so difficult for our educators and society, in general, to understand that love and respect for one another taught from a young age can solve much of the world's hostility and social problems!

"Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it" (Prov 22:6).

Love is the answer!

True loyalty springs from the heart and is wrapped in love. It is often in our most private moments that true loyalty, or the lack of it, is made known.
