"Dreams about Snakes"

I dreamed that I was running on a very dark dirt road. The road was not attached to anything. There was nothing underneath the road, just pure darkness.

I would see snakes coming out from underneath the road, trying to pull me under. The snakes were coming from every direction. I felt as if they were going to succeed in pulling me underneath the dark ground.

I closed my eyes and gave up worrying and kept running forward while calling out to Jesus, saying, "In the name of Jesus" over and over and over, repeating In the name is Jesus till I felt safe and I was no longer in danger then I woke up

I've had a series of bad dreams recently, different dreams occurring on a nightly basis.

In the first dream:
I was outside, either going or returning from an outing, as I had heels on. I turned and found myself suddenly surrounded by about 300 snakes of different sizes and colours. 
All the snakes were crawling around peacefully and didn't seem fast, so I decided to slowly back out from the corner I'd turned and get to safety. However, before I could make my escape, a tiny yellow snake bit my right ankle. 
I automatically thought I'd die since I had been bitten, but then I realised nothing was wrong with me. I didn't feel pain or dizziness, and it was as though nothing had happened. So after realising the snake bite had no effect, I quickly got out of there and woke up.

Dream 2:
I dreamt my husband told me he was leaving me for my closest friend.

Dream 3:
I dreamt my husband was sneaking around with another close friend's younger sister, and when I confronted him, he didn't seem to care and left the house to go meet her anyway.

Dream 4: 
Dreamt of a school shooting (in the UK). I was with my kids and managed to get them to a safe hiding spot, but then I realised my husband was with us. So I told my eldest to keep his sisters quiet while I searched for their dad. 
I found my husband hiding (though not in the best hiding spot); then we realised there were actually three shooters, not 1. The shooters realised the police had been called and decided to leave. The next scene I saw was me reserving space at the back of a bus for all 5 of us, but when my husband boarded with the kids, they didn't want to sit with me.

Dream 5:
I dreamt of my brother-in-law forcefully attempting to have his way with me. I fought hard and struggled; then, he switched his attention from me to my youngest daughter. I kept fighting and refusing to let her go until my brother arrived and rescued us.

Dream 6
I dreamt I was younger and my mum had sent me to a family friend's house for the weekend. The friend's son ended up raping me while I slept, and in waking up and realising what had happened (for dinner reasons, I was a virgin before the rape), I gathered as much evidence of the rape as I could and made a run for it. His mum came after me and tried to stop me so they could silence me, but I eventually got away by jumping on a bus heading towards my house.

Dream 7: 

Dreamt I was under for a specific meal, the restaurants near me that serve that meal didn't offer takeout service. So I decided to go to one that did. 

I jumped in the car with my toddler, picked up the food, and then proceeded to strap my toddler into her car seat when I noticed a white male acting suspicious and looking at us. 

I thought it was because I was illegally parked and decided to find a more appropriate parking space so I could finish loading my good order, etc., into the car properly. I struggled to find a good parking spot, and as I kept driving, I started losing control of the car. Eventually, I came to a stop on a rather secluded side road, and then I noticed the same man passing by the car and looking at us again. Then I woke up.

There are other dreams, 11 in total over 11 nights. I've never had recurring bad dreams before, so I'm understandably very freaked out. In all honesty, I cannot fall asleep in the evenings because once I dream, I cannot go back to sleep, which leaves me very tired.

I would really appreciate some insight into what these dreams could mean, please. Thank you

It was a few other people and me. We were there as a family, bypassing through an aquarium or something of the sort, walking and pushing through all these snakes of different colors and patterns, and no, they were not in an enclosure.

They were all piled upon and against each other, and then we made it to this other section where we had to pass by this snake; it was blue and yellow also, and I instantly knew that it was poisonous.

The supposed father of the people with me in the dream and me had the snake by the neck (you know the way snake handlers grab snakes that are dangerous by the neck or whatsoever) and passed it on to me, saying, “hold it by the head,” though it was a small one, I gripped it tightly by its neck and continued.

I don’t know what afterward, though. Either I dropped the snake somewhere in another section of the aquarium or gave it to someone else; then I woke up.

In addition, I was shown that the man was white. I could see his torso, what he had on; a blue plaid shirt, khaki pants/slacks, and black suit shoes or loafers, maybe he had a bit of a potbelly, but I never saw his face. 

I didn’t see the other folks with me initially, but I knew they were there.

Snakes

I had a dream of a snake that my daughter, as a child, was holding, a brown snake that kept biting her continuously. I grabbed it by the head neck and started to choke it. It was strong. Then it disappeared.

I noticed the fish tank had broke, and the kitchen was full of clear water. I had caught a small fish in a glass cup and put it into another tank. I then saw a red snake with glistening gold and then a blue snake.

Hey, I dreamed of a snake pic in the sky, then I looked on the right side and saw an owl with a light behind it, and it was a tornado coming.

My husband dreamt last night about a toothless snake sitting on his lap, but he threw it away.

I was watching a comedian on stage doing some tricks with a huge snake, then all of a sudden, he held up this Cross with Jesus on it. His ribs were showing. He was dead, but his presence great. He was naked at the top half then wearing a white robe. I had asked for a sign before I went to bed. Guess I got one.

I had a dream wherein the sky I saw a man fighting a snake with a sword, then that went away, and I saw a huge picture of Jesus's face like on a stained glass coming down from the sky. Then the dream ended.

Dreams have always haunted me all my life from dreaming of others death to my future. 

One dream continues to haunt me. I'm sure I dreamed revolutions the dream was so real I felt as if I lived through it. 

The creature I dream about was like a creature made of black smoke in a snake-shaped form with one huge eye. The creature came out of nowhere; I remember military personnel guarding a building and as soon as they saw the creature they ran scared.

 I remember hearing a horn ringing noise coming from the sky I could feel evil all around; everyone was frightened; then an earthquake broke out, and I know it was a sign from God.

I had a strange dream...in that dream my mother was laying on her bed in a white room she told me that she wanted to write down a number but could not remember it, so I left her room and went somewhere to get a towel or blanket or flag. I did not know that cloth or whatever had a golden eagle wearing a golden jeweled crown on its head.

On that cloth, I wrote the number my mother wanted to know, but I do not remember the whole number.  I know three of them were 411, so she thought of writing them down. Before the numbers were written I had put that cloth on my mother, anyway, she and I wrote those numbers down; I think it might have been a phone number, but I do not remember.

We wrote it down, but were not able to finish writing it because something happened. Anyway, we left it like that and took the big cloth with me.

Suddenly, a giant black snake tried to attack me, and I did not like that at all, one bit; so, I was struggling to fight off that giant black snake until a powerful gust of wind made the snake disappear.

Then I woke up feeling like, what in the world just happened? I thought that maybe the giant golden eagle with the jeweled crown saved me with the flap of its giant wings.

I dreamt that my father and I walked into a small candlelit room with mounted snakes big and small it also had a big statue of a snake near the door. There was a wardrobe near the corner of the room. As my father was looking around fascinated, I felt something wasn't right; I even said "snakes are evil" which is odd because it's something I would never have said awake. My father then moves very close to the mounts and starts making hissing noises at snakes for what feels like 30 seconds. During that time the snakes are slightly moving. Then I see him go into the corner sobbing wiping his eyes. As I was about to ask if he was alright. I woke up. I have no clue what this could mean

I dreamed that I was bitten by a black snake on my right arm, and thus the venom of the snake was slowly moving in my blood vein. Was taken to the hospital and the doctor said, that snake is venomous anyone bitten by it hardly survives, this post a threat in my life as I am wondering what type of dream this is and what it means.

It was night n dark. I saw a big moon in the clouds, and I saw that they were five other moons. I saw a crashing alien ship. The ship had bright light, very bright.  I went to check on the ship and saw a dead snake under the ship.

That was my dream, help me.

This was no dream: a man wearing all black and a cape walked to my front door but never knocked. All of a sudden my dog started growling to the point of foaming at the mouth. Then under the door appeared a black snake about 4 ft long and slithered across the living room and under my TV. I was screaming for my parents, and they came running from their bedroom, and my dad lifted up the TV, and there was nothing there. I did not do any drugs, and my dog also witnessed it.  What was this?

I dreamt I was on vacation in the bush-veld with my sister, brother in law and my brother. Snakes kept on appearing, but we ignored them. Then a huge green snake ambushed us, it bit my brother in law in the face, but nothing happened to him, it was only painful. My brother pulled it off my brother in law's face, it then bit my brother on his hand, my brother then asked me to remover it from his hand. He told me not be worried it was a masked snake and not poisonous. I then took hold of it behind its head, and there was no bone between his head and the rest of its body, it tried to bite but failed. He didn't even try and coil itself around me. I was scared of handling it and afraid it will bite me, but it didn't. Before I could kill it, I willed myself awake because I knew I was dreaming.

Last night I had a dream I was at my grandmother's house from my father's side where we used to live.  I was going to fetch a pen because we were going to write exams, mind you I'm currently writing my exams, as I opened the drawer of the cupboard there was a snake there so I just closed it. As I'm about to leave a big black snake appears then my mother and my little sister also appear and they are scared, I started praying then the snake disappeared. I'm still shaken by that dream I don't know why.

I dreamed I was in moving water and a red, black, and white snake bit me on my foot.  I looked at my foot and seen two fang marks, Then I was walking to a bus to get help, and people are passing me, and there is a man behind me, but I can't see his face. Once I get to the bus, it's full of people, and there is no room. The bus leaves and the man are still with me telling me how to take care of the snake bite. It was like he was helping me, but I don't remember the rest. Please help me try and understand what this means.

I dreamed of a white snake with wire gold symbols on top of it. I was laying on the bed with my baby sister laughing and talking. She has been dead since 1996. All of a sudden this white snake with gold symbols on top of it jumped on my sister to attack her and bit her. She could not fight back she had a muscle disease. I hurried up and grab the snake before it could do what it set out to do to her. The thing is when I grabbed it. It did all it could do to bit me. I had graved it midway of its body. It still could not bite me. I was seeing that and wondering why the snake could not bite me. It looked at me with evil intent. It still could not bite me.

In my dream, we are at my parents home, and an albino snake is trying to talk to me, but I don't want to listen, I keep going into my sister's bedroom. My husband is also trying to convince me to listen, but I don't want to hear anything. The snake's behavior is like an ex that wants forgiveness. I ignore it and get into the shower. My husband tries to open the door, but I locked it luckily.

I was in a boat with a lot of people I don't even know then suddenly we got attacked by whiling winds, sea snakes saying its Illuminate which struck at people in the boat, I found my self-standing alone in the boat with no one to help me. Within a second I looked back, an found a man with Crown Of Thorn on His Head, and I knew it was Jesus Christ starring at me. I started loudly shouting in the Name of Jesus, and the sea calmed and those evil snakes vanished. Lastly I stretched my hand at all those who were struck by snakes, and they were restored.

I dreamt I was laying in bed and my sister was asleep next to me and her back to me, I woke, and an orange and black snake was sitting on my lower arm. I took it off, but it was very sticky to get off.. almost like it had been glued on... wearily by the head...It had no teeth, and I threw it out the front door into some long grass next to the steps at the front of the house.

The next thing I remember is that the snake was on the floor of the bedroom among some shopping bags, it's tail was moving back and forward in the air. I looked down, and it had turned into a Lizard. I felt a little fearful in the dream and confused. When I had grabbed the head of the snake, I didn't feel fearful. The removing of the snake from my arm was painful to remove. Thanks for your help

In my dream I saw about four snakes, one was on the roof and the others on the ground but they looked tired. I was so scared I asked someone else to kill them with a spade, and after he killed the snakes he threw them at me, then I woke up. What does it mean?

Hi! In my dream, I was with my friends in a room filled with water. A crocodile was also in the water and was chasing us, but could not reach us....

Meanwhile, someone who had been watching us all along disappeared but came back with a snake and sent it into the water where we were.

Was at my aunt's house sleeping in the seating room. There was a hole filled with blue water, and there was a black and white snake in that water. 

I woke up went and looked for my daughter. Before I walked out, I opened the windows to allow the water to come out of the pool so that the snake could die.

I found my daughter, and we went back to my aunt's house. 

On our way back I saw the snake coming towards us, but it was tired like it was about to die. I took my daughter and went another way to my aunt's house. 

When we approached the yard, I saw the snake at my neighbor's house, watching as if it was still following me. I got into the house closed the doors and windows tightly so it could not come in again.

Why is it so difficult for our educators and society, in general, to understand that love and respect for one another taught from a young age can solve much of the world's hostility and social problems!
