"Answered Prayer"

 "Nothing in Life Just Happens"

I know this is true from my own experience. This came at a time in my life when I was seeking God in a big way. My greatest desire was for His perfect will to be done in my life. I very much wanted to please Him in all my ways.

I discovered the Scripture in Job 22:28 that says we can decree a thing and it shall be established: "Thou shall decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee and the light shall shine upon thy ways," (Job 22:28).

If it is God's written Word, I believe I can have it! So, I got busy and wrote out a personal decree, dated it and wrote out what I felt was God's will for my future life, signed it and kept it before my eyes.

"Father, according to Job 22:28, (1)I decree and it shall be established that I am I am rising to a new and higher level. (2)That God's perfect will is being done in my life now, in the name of Jesus.

I also started saying something that turned out to be very important in this situation. It was; "I am at the right place at the right time." Later I  added, "I am at the right place at the right time with the right people; treating them right, and doing the right things."

Think about it:
That's what righteousness is, doing and being right. We are the Righteousness of Jesus Christ; We are the righteous because we have the Righteous One living on the inside of us if we have received Him into our hearts, (2 Cor 5:21).

Nine days later on January 17, 2010, I was sitting in a waiting room,  and in walks, a man whom I later learned was Samuel Mills. We politely exchanged a few words.

Then, as a woman and I were discussing my written poems, this man over-heard and asked about my poems. Thus the beginning of my being a guest writer on "Trusting in Jesus.com," by Samuel Mills.

I feel very honored to be taken into this new spiritual level. Thanks be to God we were all at the right place at the right time. Won't you try it? Yes, it does work! Thus, through this God-given poem, my testimony is born.

It was not by chance that this man I have met
or the fact that he has a website on 
the Internet.

He showed interest in the poems that I wrote
and he right away began to take note.

It was an advantage to God and me that the 
spirit of my poems he began to see.

Now they are on the web on a page of my own,
reaching far more than I alone could have shown.

Thank you, Samuel, for your spirit of kindness
and God's love. I know that our God in Heaven
has seen this taking place from His throne up above.

You will be rewarded one day, wait and see.
I can't help but hope that His reward will also
include me!

"Trusting in Jesus & He Trusting in Me"

I must live my life before others that they may see
Not only do I love God but that He also loves me.
As I seek for me His perfect will,
His plans and purposes may I at once fulfill.
I ask you, my friend, what is more important,
As we walk this great earth;
Having faith in God or God having faith in our worth?
Jesus Is Lord!

Praise God, sister. I am really glad to listen to your testimony. Sincerely, what you passed through are the same things I am passing through, but after reading your testimony.
I can now believe our God Is a Miracle working God, and I also believe he is going to work on my issues right now; I feel nothing is impossible to him.

"Lets Teach Our Children to Love"

Why is it so difficult for our educators and society, in general, to understand that love and respect for one another taught from a young age can solve much of the world's hostility and social problems!

"Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it" (Prov 22:6).

Love is the answer!

True loyalty springs from the heart and is wrapped in love. It is often in our most private moments that true loyalty, or the lack of it, is made known.
