"My Servant will Justify Many"

I Peter 2: 22-23  “For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps, who committed no sin, nor was any deceit found in His mouth, and while being reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously.”

Isaiah 53:9-12 His grave was assigned with wicked men, yet He was with a rich man in His death, because He has done no violence, nor was there any deceit in His mouth. But the Lord was pleased to crush Him, putting Him to grief; If He would render Himself as guilt offering, He will see His offspring, he will prolong His days, and the good pleasure of the Lord will prosper in His hand. As a result of the anguish of His soul, He will see it and be satisfied; by His knowledge the Righteous One, My Servant will justify the many, and He will bear their iniquities. Therefore I will a lot Him a portion with the great, and He will divide the booty with the strong; Because He poured out Himself to death, and was numbered with the transgressors; Yet He Himself bore the sin of many, and interceded for the transgressor

I do not know of anyone here on this earth who would die for me and my sins. But Jesus knowing the torture he would receive before it was finished, did so for all. The only way Jesus could do this is because of the purity of His heart and the trust He had in his Father. The greatest price a man can pay is to lay down his life for a brother, or sister.

 It is not about us and never has been.  It is about God and His perfect will being perfected in the saints. It is about the Glory of the Lord coming down to earth to save the sinner, to heal the sick, to deliver the oppressed and to set us free from all bondage once and for all.

The Glory of the Lord will do this but I can assure you that anything man made can not. It will never happen until we surrender all.  We can sing the song but you know and I know lip service is cheap.
 
Are you willing to pay the price? Do you really, really, really want to surrender all and allow God to be God in your life, so that His glory can move through you to mankind?

Are you ready to be still and relinquish all the busy stuff that keeps you from focusing on the ONE thing we are put here to do?  

If so pray this prayer:

"Father, My life is in shambles because of the things I have set before me and have given priority to.  Things that will burn up and be cast away, things that have blocked my focus on You. I desire to please you. Forgive me for allowing the world to have such a stronghold in my life. I need Your help so that  I can come to the point of total surrender. I am a child of the KING, help me to realize that when I submit  my life to you, then and only then will you will mold me and make me to be the intricate part needed for the body of Christ in the world today.
I am like the waves of the sea being tossed to and fro by the choices I have made, it has made my soul ill and needy. I have no where else to turn. I have tried everything and nothing has worked.  Now Abba Father I am ready to do it your way. Keep my steps on the path you have prepared for me and do not let me stray.
Holy Spirit I give you permission to take control now. Teach me, comfort me and help me to always be aware of Your presence because you reside in me.  I remove the veil that has cause my vision to be blurred and I ask for my spiritual eyes to be open to all you have for me. In Jesus name I pray. Amen"

Why is it so difficult for our educators and society, in general, to understand that love and respect for one another taught from a young age can solve much of the world's hostility and social problems!

"Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it" (Prov 22:6).

Love is the answer!
